Does the ProScroller work on Console and PC?
Yes, it Works on Xbox One, Series S, and Series X and also on Playstation 4 and 5 and of course PC and much more like the Steam Deck.
Does the ProScroller work on my Controller?
We designed the ProScroller as small as possible, so it fits on every controller.
Can I choose the position of my ProScroller by myself?
Yes, the ProScroller fits into almost every position on your controller. Since the ProScroller V3 is now attached with magnets, it is also very easy to adjust the position afterwards to find the perfect position for you.
How do I attach the ProScroller to my controller?
Stick one of the supplied metal plates to your controller. Then place the ProScroller on the tile and you’re done.
Can I detach my ProScroller from one controller and attach it to another?
Yes, we deliver enough spare tape so that you can remove your ProScroller several times and stick it in another place or controller.

Is this bannable?
No, the ProScroller is absolutely allowed, since it is ultimately nothing more than a normal PC mouse. Nevertheless, we are currently trying to get an official statement from EPIC.
What’s up with the ProScroller V3, what’s the difference?
The ProScroller V3 has some improvements: It is attached using magnets. Wheel has a rubber coating, which provides more comfort and better grip. The new encoder is from TTC and lasts for at least 25 million steps. In addition, we deliver a new button for additional functions.
What is the additional button for?
The new button is intended as an addition to the scroll wheel and works as a middle mouse button in the standard configuration.
Can I also remap the function of the button and the scroll wheel?
Yes! However, we are still working on it at the moment. Once everything is ready, each ProScroller V3 can be customized. Incidentally, other buttons, paddles, foot paddles, switches, etc. can also be connected. (coming soon)
How long does it take to receive my ProScroller?
Postal Priority Packages are shipped 2-4 days after receipt of order, plus the delivery time which can be calculated in the checkout area. FedEx Express, FedEx Priority and FedEx Economy Packages are shipped in a maximum of 24 hours after receipt of order, except on weekends.
How much does delivery cost?

Does the ProScroller have an input delay?
No, no lag is felt in playing. We are currently working on providing you with exact numbers in ms.
What about the quality of the ProScroller?
We make the ProScroller with a 3D printer and use very fine adjustments to give you the best possible product. Nevertheless, it is 3D printed and can sometimes have small imperfections.
Are the edges of the scroll wheel sharp? I heard they don’t feel so good.
In addition, the wheel is now made of rubber, which provides even more comfort.

The ExoPad is currently available for almost all modern controller models. You can check the lis here
How exactly does the ExoPad work?
The ExoPad is attached to your controller with a very strong adhesive tape. Then already existing buttons are pressed.
Is the ExoPad reliable?
Yes, provided you install everything correctly. Small deviations can affect the function. But don’t worry, with our video guides you will have no problem positioning the ExoPad correctly.
Can I move the ExoPad from one controller to another?
If the controller models are identical, this will not be a problem. In addition, we also provide enough tape that you can change the controller several times.
Does the ExoPad have an input delay?
No. Because it pushes existing buttons on your controller, you won’t feel any difference from before.
What about the quality of the ExoPad?
We make the ExoPad with a 3D printer and use very fine adjustments to give you the best possible product. Nevertheless, it is 3D printed and can sometimes have small imperfections.
