Our warranty lasts 1 year for new products.
Warranty is void if the products have been modified.
We do not cover customs and duty fees. Customs and duty fees must be covered by the customer.
Before sending the device for warranty repairs contact us at email@example.com so that we can arrange shipping. We do not cover the shipping costs if it is organized by anyone other than us.
If your +Gear product arrives damaged and you would like to start a claim, please send a photo of damaged package and product to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Our return policy lasts 30 days for new products. You will be refunded the price of the product minus the fee for any special modifications you have requested (like a custom nameplate). We may charge a 10% fee off the refund, if the product has not been returned in the original condition and packaging. If said days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must include all hardware and components, and be in perfect condition. When returning the order, it must be in the original packaging, packaged securely.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than said days after delivery
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. You may contact us to help arrange return shipping for our business rates (still covered by the customer) , if your shipping costs are too high.

IMPORTANT! When shipping +Gear product (return for returns or exchange), please send the information with the tracking number and also the carrier you use (Fedex / UPS / DHL/ local mail and etc.) to our e-mail email@example.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We reserve the right to deny a refund on any item if the item has been altered.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

IMPORTANT! Priority production is not refundable, as it is a service and not a product.
Import fees deposit is paid in your country on your behalf and is not refundable.
PayPal commission fee is not refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and can’t be repaired.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
